Camille Vidal’s “RITALOMA”

1 oz. Próspero Tequila Blanco
.5 oz. Apple Cider Vinegar
.5 oz. Lime juice
1 oz. Agave Syrup
.2 oz. Rose Water
Pinch of Salt
Top with Grapefruit Mixer

Shake ingredients and pour over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a rose and salt rim with a grapefruit slice.
